Deadline Policy

Advertising space reservations must be submitted by 3:00 pm Thursday, the week prior to publication date.

Camera-ready materials must be submitted by 3:00 pm Friday, the week prior to publication date. With insertion order due no later than 3:00 pm Thursday, the week prior to publication date.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing on or before 3:00 pm Friday the week prior to publication date. No cancellations will be honored after that time.
