The Entrepreneur’s Breakfast Returns with Award Winning Animator and Artist Leo Sullivan
Upland, CA -- On Monday, June 3rd, 2019, Boys to Businessmen, Inc. will host its monthly Entrepreneur’s Breakfast featuring the Award-Winning Animator and Artist Lo Sullivan. This lively discussion of art, imagery, excellence and a time of encouragement happens every first Monday at 8:00am. Business, civic leaders and entrepreneurs will come to share and exchange ideas. Men, ages 18 and above are invited to attend.
Leo Sullivan worked in the animation industry for more than 50 years as an animator, layout and storyboard artist, director, and producer for various companies which included Hanna-Barbera, Warner Brothers, Spunbuggy Works, Campbell/Silver and others.
He began his career running errands for legendary Beany and Cecil producer Bob Clampett. Throughout the years, he created animations for such studios such as Hanna-Barbera, Filmation, DePatie-Freleng Enterprises, DIC Entertainment, and, Marvel Productions. He’s completed animation work on The Flintstones, Scooby-Doo, Super Friends, The Transformers, The Incredible Hulk and Warner Bros’ Tiny Toons. Sullivan is known for his work on BraveStarr (1987), Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids (1972) and My Little Pony ‘n Friends (1986). He also created the original open animation/graphics for Soul Train.
Sullivan firmly believes that building our children's self-esteem & reconnecting them to their cultural heritage teaching life lessons, family values, respect and responsibility."
The monthly meetings are held in the Inland Valley News' Conference Center; 2009 Porterfield Way, Suite C, Upland, CA 91786. The Boys to Businessmen is a California 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organization. It was created for adolescent and youth boys who are in at-risk environments. One of its major programs is the Emerging Entrepreneur Camp for boys who entering the final stages of the program and spend a week developing a full Business Plan.
